OPEN PLAY AT PE SPRINGHURST

New policy effective 10/28/2025: Open Play Passes can not be paused or refunded. If a player can not use the pass for an extended period, player may cancel their pass until they are ready to return to play. Passes may be cancelled at anytime, for any reason, by emailing pickleballeuphoria@gmail.com. Upon receipt of a cancellation request the pass will be set to cancel at the end of their current billing cycle. Player may reactivate their pass at anytime, at the effective rate set at the date of their renewal.

Open Play will be hosted at PE Springhurst only. Designated Open Play courts will be assigned inside the main building, where Championship Court & Courts 1-9 are located. Open Play sessions will be hosted Monday thru Sunday from 8am to 12noon and Monday thru Friday from 5pm to 9pm.

Open Play will be organized by paddle-stack rotation with suggested levels.

Yes, we are a Selkirk sponsored facility and the ProS1 is our ball of choice for PE events.

Yes! Rentals will continue as usual on Courts 10-21 & the Mezzanine court -  including our recurring bookings as well as hourly rentals. During Non-Peak hours Championship Court & Courts 1-9 will open for hourly rentals as well. 

Yes! We will continue to host our weekly Mixers as usual, on Courts 10-21.

No, you may drop-in to play as often as you like. You may pay at the door - no pre-registration needed. Frequent flyers may choose to purchase the Unlimited Monthly Player Pass which allows passholders unlimited access to weekly sessions. 

No, passes are sold to individual players and players will need to check-in for each session. Guests will be charged the drop-in fee, or may purchase the Monthly Pass (as availability allows).

No, Monthly Passes are only valid during Open Play sessions. Courts CC-9 will be available for hourly rentals at the posted rate during non-peak hours.

The Open Play Pass only covers participation for Open Play sessions. For private games, you would need to rent a court. 

No, Open Play courts will not be accessible for private games during peak hours. Please check Courts 10-21 or the Mezzanine for availability for hourly court rentals during peak hours.

Monthly passes are auto-renewed each month. Players may request cancellation at any time by emailing pickleballeuphoria@gmail.com. When a cancellation request is received, the player pass will remain active through the end of the month already purchased. The pass will be cancelled prior to the next monthly installment.
