Donation Requests

Thank you for inquiring about a donation or sponsorship of your upcoming event and/or organization. We receive requests weekly to host charity events, provide giveaways or make contributions to many great causes within our local community. We appreciate the opportunity to partner with so many local organizations and ministries to impart positive impact in our community. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to participate in every opportunity. As such, we have listed several guidelines here to ensure each request receives proper consideration.

Donation Request Guidelines

Request should be submitted via email: pickleballeuphoria@gmail.com,
For consideration, requests must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the event.
A maximum of one request per calendar year will be fulfilled per organization.
Donations are NOT automatically renewed or assumed. Each submission is evaluated on a first time basis and will not be approved based upon a prior year's participation.
Your written request MUST include the following information:
Name of the event/organization requesting sponsorship.
Contact person with street address, telephone number, and email address to which responses can be emailed.
Date, description, and location of the charitable event.
