Recurring Booking Requests

Recurring bookings are available for players interested in playing the same day, time & location each week. Here's how it works: 

- Recurring bookings must be a minimum of 90-minutes per booking. 

- Recurring bookings can not leave a 30-minute gap. 

- Once you've claimed a spot, it will be locked in indefinitely. Recurring bookings will be subject to cancellation due to special programming such as tournaments, holiday closures and facility rentals. These events will have minimal impact on weekly bookings. 

- It is your responsibility to fill your court each week. (Need a sub? Check out our Group Chat page.)

- You will have the option to opt-out of holiday weeks.

- Bookings are confirmed on a first come, first serve basis. You may setup your recurring booking up to two weeks prior to your desired start date. We cannot hold time weeks or months in advance. 

- To secure your booking, email your request to pickleballeuphoria@gmail.com. Recurring bookings will be setup for you by a CourtReserve Admin. Cancellation requests should also be sent to this email address.

- Once the setup is complete, you will be able to view upcoming bookings and manage payment inside your CourtReserve account. The booking member should make payment on weekly court time at least 24 hours in advance of their scheduled time. Payments may be made several weeks in advance, if preferred. Recurring reservations will not automatically cancel if not paid within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Instead, they will move to a past-due status. The admin will issue an auto-draft on past due fees. If that were to become a repetitive issue, the recurring booking would be cancelled

- All rentals are subject to Pickleball Euphoria's Participant Guidelines & Release of Liability.
