To start booking court time you must complete two things. First, you must create your FREE CourtReserve account. Then, you must select and sign up for your desired membership. Now you are ready to book! 

Looking to have court time on the same day, at the same time, EVERY WEEK? That's a RECURRING BOOKING.

Recurring bookings are counted by the court, not the day of week/time block. For example, you have 3 courts reserved each Tuesday from 2pm until 4pm. That booking would count as 3 recurring bookings. Member may book a recurring booking on a single court or multiple courts simultaneously. 

Once you've secured a recurring time slot it is yours until you no longer want it. A PE representative will set up your recurring booking on the admin side of the booking service and you can management payments directly from your CourtReserve profile online or via the app. On occasion recurring bookings may need to be cancelled to free up courts for special events. In that case, bookers will be notified and will not be charged for that day/time.

 Recurring bookings may be scheduled up to 14 days in advance of start date. 

 Recurring bookings are setup by our PE admins. To start a new recurring booking, email your request to pickleballeuphoria@gmail.com. Once your booking is setup, you may manage your reservations on your CourtReserve account. 

 Yes. Memberships are tiered and a specific amount of recurring bookings are allotted per membership option. 

No. Whether you choose to play at PE Gardiner View, PE Springhurst or PE Clarksville - your membership offers the same great benefits at each location.

Family memberships will include 2 adults and up to 2 minors (17 years old or younger) living in the same household.

No problem! You can start off with the BASIC MEMBERSHIP. It's free to all players and allows you to book up to 2 days in advance. At any time, if you choose, you may upgrade your membership. 

Yes, Individual Monthly and Family Monthly Memberships may be cancelled. Annual memberships may not be cancelled but you may choose to not renew at the end of your term.

Reservations subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy. Refunds will not be issued within 48-hours of reservation. It is the booking member's responsibility to confirm the date, time & location prior to paying.

Do you have your own private group of players, club or league looking for organized play regularly throughout the week? The GROUP ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP is the perfect plan for you! This plan will allow the GROUP LEADER to secure recurring bookings throughout the week, on behalf of the group. The group leader will pay for the court time and the group will reimburse the group leader directly. Group leaders determine the organization of their group and sets the pricing for their group.  

You are not required to have a membership to play at PE but you must have a membership to be able to book at PE.
