Group Events & Facility Rentals

PE Gardiner View location is available for large group events including private court time and usage of the stage area for seating and food. 

Here are the requirements for private group event bookings:

- Rental must be a minimum of 3 hours (hourly rental fee per court applies).

- Rental party agrees to pay an additional $150.00 rental fee to apply to cover facility prep and cleaning before and after the event. 

- Rental party agrees to keep all food and beverages on the stage area. Food is not permitted on the court surface. All food should enter and exit the building through the designated door and walking path. 

- All decorations should be limited to the stage area and fully disposed of immediately following the event. Confetti, glitter, beads, rice and similar decorations are strictly prohibited. 

- Rental party will not use the court surface or facility for any activity outside of pickleball. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as cornhole, skateboarding, roller skating, biking, tennis, etc. 

- Items that might scratch, scrape or damage the court surface in any way are not permissible for use. This would include, but is not limited to, folding chairs, tables, buckets or metal hoppers or ball carriers, milk crates, portable food carts, trailers, glassware, etc. 

- Trash receptacles are provided for your use. Please bag up trash following your event. 

- Event setup, tear down and cleanup must be handled within the booked event hours. Event setup and cleanup should not interfere with hourly rentals before or after the event. 

- PE offers a variety of pay-to-play events (tournaments, leagues, etc.) throughout the year. At this time we do not have availability to host or add outside tournaments, leagues or similar all-day events to the calendar.
